Job Description

- Provide legal advice on commercial matters in company, act as a business partner to the business units and support the senior leadership team - Review, negotiate and/or draft legal documents and other particulars as necessary, provide legal advise and to execute where relevant in relation to the company's day to day operation. . -Advise and negotiate on all such contracts, so that all contracts, projects and strategic business initiatives are appropriately negotiated to deliver maximum value whilst meeting all required commercial objectives and deadlines -Manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in company, including E-Commerce, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Logistics, and others. - Provide appropriate best-in-class end-to-end legal commercial, regulatory and compliance advice, including but not limited to compliance with Data Privacy Act, Customer Protection, Business Licenses, and Labour management in company. - To manage external counsel on any litigation matters involving the business in company. - Review, negotiate and/or draft legal documents and other particulars as necessary, provide legal advise and to execute where relevant in relation to the company's day to day operation.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable university (GPA 3.5) - Indonesian qualified lawyer (licensed) with at least 5-10 years of solid experience with reputable law firms and in-house experience. - Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with the relevant local regulatory bodies required. -Good communication & strong negotiation skills, drafting and analytical skills. -Able to work effectively and under pressure without compromising on quality. -Proficiency in English (Drafting and Oral) and Bahasa Indonesia. -Excellent problem solving skill. -Collaborative, pragmatic, good communication and interpersonal skills, and self-driven with minimum supervision. -Quick starter, spirit of team work, ability to adapt, dedicated, self-motivated and able to work independently.
